Amazing stay specially for the attention (Franklin) and how centered it is in Costa del este!
Breakfast is good and rooms are big. Beds are super comfy and rooms cleaning was at point. Is a hotel that has good social spaces as gym and pool.
This is a very nice hotel away from downtown Panama City. It's a bit off the beaten track, but closer to the airport and an easy uber ride to other places. The room was big, with a nice view, good bathroom, fluffy towels and lovely bedding. The breakfast buffet was really good and all the staff super friendly. I reserve 5 star reviews for super luxury properties (which this is not), but it's an excellent hotel and I would highly recommend.

The location and hotel amenities were very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They would greet you with a smile welcoming smile and would make you feel at home. One of the staff members that was very helpful was Franklin.
This hotel was lovely, the service was excellent, staff attentive and helpful, food delicious and abundant, & drinks are strong! It is a 10 minute Uber ride from the airport. The restaurant manager Elias was wonderful! My grandmother & I spent our first 2 nights in Panama at the Panama City Westin. Our room was petite, but the beds were comfortable, there was an in room
Safe, and we were lucky enough to get an ocean view! The pool is very small and on a high floor but it was beautiful, we had a busy few days and didn’t really have the time for it anyways. There is a floor with dedicated ballroom/ event space where we enjoyed a lovely show & buffet dinner. The dining room is large and the food is very good. The lobby space is beautiful and quiet and the whole lobby has a pleasant perfume. We had a great time here and if we are ever in Panama City again, we will definitely stay here.
