Wow amazing service, all the staff went above and beyond expectations. Probably one of the top three hotels in the world we have stayed at. Rooms were spotless, bathrooms exceptional, view from the patio with a glass of wine as the sun went down, very memorable. You truly get what you pay for , at an average of $500.00 a night , breakfast included , is actually good value. Would not hesitate to come back.
I have never loved a hotel more than this one. The staff, the design, the amenities - All were 5 star. They spared no attention to detail and it was such a relaxing enjoyable experience. Make sure you get a massage at the spa- it was the best I have ever had and was super luxurious. The pool was incredibly refreshing and the beachfront view was so rejuvenating. The room was incredible and the balcony was large enough for the 2 of us to play games, have meals, and just enjoy the weather. The bathroom was large and luxurious as well - loved the clawfoot tub! And if you need to double door, the separate toilet and large walk in shower for cleaning off are perfect! We will be back! And I use my Sofitel tote bag everyday now. That was a nice touch and a great way to remember the trip.
Loved it. It has that French-Asian feeling ( Indochine / Catherine Deneuve ) Great location with rooftops and bars around. Pool is not big but has a beautiful view of the ocen. very confortable bed and pillows, balconies with view to old town or pool. others sea view.

Eimy Sanjur- Eimy went above and beyond to make sure my first visit to Panama was the best ever. This was a very special trip for me, in honor of my Panamanian heritage on my dad's side of the family. Three generations of my family were from Panama, so this trip meant so much to me. I will never forget the beautiful gift in honor of my heritage that Eimy shared.
Orlando Barrett- my head butler greeted me everyday with a smile and willingness to provide assistance whenever needed. Orlando booked my excursions and always checked to ensure that I was having a great day.

Hamilton- Always greeted me at the door with a smile and was so pleasant every single day.
Mario- was the best driver ever. He serenaded me with a Happy Birthday song upon my arrival since I celebrated my birthday while in Panama.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Casco Viejo. The property was immaculate and the entire staff made sure everything was perfect during our stay. When we arrived, the butlers arranged for fresh fruit, macaroons, and champagne to greet us in the living room to our suite. They were also available to help assist with dinner reservations and rides throughout town.
The food at the restaurants on the property was amazing! The cocktails were sophisticated and perfectly made and were slightly different depending on which bar you went to. The live music and salsa dancing on the rooftop was also a lot of fun and a great way to enjoy the evening breeze.
Overall, our stay was a 10/10 and we will definitely be back.
