As a frequent global traveler, I've stayed in all sorts of places. Earlier this month I had the privilege of staying at the JW Marriott Panama City, Panama. My experience from the moment of check-in to when I checked out a week later was Top Notch. The staff were always friendly, professional and helpful. It didn't matter what time of the day, they were willing to help.
At checkin Ms. Valeria was a joy to work with as she expertly processed my checkin and engaged in an enjoyable conversation. (Remember, always have a plan B) :). That's an inside joke incase she reads this review. She had several great recommendations on places to go for dinner. And they were quite good recommendations!!! Her colleague who was also checking in another guest remember me and my name the next day in the Executive Lounge! :). Several days later Ms. Valeria addressed me and asked how my stay was going. All signs of attentive hospitality professionals!
The property was clean, the rooms were safe, a good view, food quality was good. The area around the property was safe and I didn't worry about walking around the area. Getting to / from the property and other places around Panama was straight forward. Uber was typically prompt at picking folks up. I had a rental car for a few days and it was no problem for the valet to get the car in a quick manner.
I look forward to my next visit to Panama and will certainly stay at the JW again!
PS: I'm an Ambassador level in their frequent traveler program and thus have pretty high expectations.
