We found the property very well organized, very clean and all restaurants were very well managed.
We especially like to mention the great attention that Chef Alain from Massi Restaurant provided every morning, as well our pool side waiter Denilson from Azul Restaurant he was consistent with his daily waitering service. This young guy definitely has what it takes to run his own show some day.

One of the best bars to come to. If you want to have your tastebuds be delighted in complex drinks and a nice atmosphere then wait no more!! The bartenders Josue, Gabriel, and Kevin are the best. They can make any drink you want and suggest drinks you may find interesting!! All drinks are liquid gold and smooth going down!! Don’t hesitate to stop by when you are in the city!!

The JW Marriott Panama is well located in Punta Pacifica, 20 minutes from the international airport, near to commercial and corporate offices, shops, restaurants, bars, the multiplaza pacific shopping center and the nightlife. In the hotel, there are several restaurants and bars, including "Masi", where an excellent breakfast buffet is served. There are 4 swimming pools, 2 are infinity pools with a breathtaking view. The fitness center is complete gym with a state-of-the-art equipment. The spa is outsourced. The rooms are modern and comfortable, excellent bed and linen, cable tv with a good variety of channels, excellent wi-fi, strong shower with luxury amenities. The elevators are panoramic with great views. Most of the team, are helpful and attentive, with the service of a 5 stars hotel. The executive lounge has a pleasant atmosphere, with excellent happy hour service, as well as the variety and quality of the foods and beverage served. The city and the place, do not have a beach, the water is turbid (brown) and dirty, the good beaches are far from the city, and transport is very expensive. The hotel has an excellent value.

Terrible hotel for business don’t stay here.
As soon as I arrived, the person of the front desk started telling me how everything would cost me more than my original reservation. Including if I had more than one person in the room, regardless of the fact that the reservation was for two.
The rooms are poorly maintained, and the Wi-Fi doesn’t work very well .

I would give this hotel a 5-star rating. I have spent well over 1,000 nights in hotels and this one has to be one of my favorites. The location was a 10 minute Uber ride to the old town and walking distance to a mall. The hotel’s pool area was fantastic and calming at the same time. The gym was the largest and nicest hotel gym my family had ever been too. The staff was extremely nice and professional. If I am ever in Panama again, this is a must stay hotel.
