What an experience! Like opening a gift, very cool hotel! One of a kind for sure!

Thai place is amazing. The most cutting edge hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Takes a day to figure out the elevators and the lay of the land but it’s actually very simple. Reminds me of a cruise ship tooth picked in the ground. The suite corner high floor units are Amazing. Massive and very elegant. The bathtub and shower bathroom area being open and the windows giving full 270 degree views was impeccable. Club lounge was nice but breakfast was basic and they didn’t include brinks at happy hour. However at dinner time they did have more of an actual meal than yo would find anywhere else. Staff at club was excellent. The gentleman secured our outside table from the birds for 5 mins while we were reloading at the Buffett. Overall an exciting one of a kind experience and a must do if in Panama. It’s a destination of its own which is exactly what you want in Panama City!

Lobby Bar Cava 15

The lobby bar on the 15th floor - Cava 15, was recently renovated and it completely lost its character as a refine lobby bar. The opinion of residents and guests was not taken into consideration, or a survey conducted. The place now looks dark and more like a brothel. It lost its elegant ambiance.

Perfect

I stayed at the JW for 3 nights and it was amazing. From the infitnity pool to the bars/ restaurants on the hotel, it was simple awesome. the staff were very friendly and the hotel was nice to walk around and very big. The gym was very good too.

Must Stay for Panama City Visit

It is in a great city location close to shops and restaurants. The Multi Plaza mall is a 15 minute walk away. Uber rides were $3 -$5 to Casca Viejo and surrounding areas. From the luggage handlers to housekeeping, everyone was so nice and attentive. Valeria checked us in and provided great customer service and recommendations for area attractions. She also called around to assist us in finding special alcohol not sold in the US. The partial ocean view double bed rooms are large, appropriately stocked and perfect for our visit. I spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the view. Room Cons: There is only a curtain separating the bathroom from the rest of the room. This is not ideal when traveling with friends or anyone you don't want to see you in your birthday suit. The water was not hot on our first full day, it was very warm. It may have been because we were on the 34th floor and showering at the same time as everyone else. It was like the hotel heard us and the water was definitely hot afterwards. We ordered an ice bucket along with blankets and they were delivered within minutes. The attendant also showed us how to use the coffee maker to make hot tea. I am impressed by the speed and attentiveness of everyone on staff. You must allow time in your visit for the infinity pools. There is plenty of seating in and around the pool to enjoy the gorgeous ocean views on one side and the city views on the other. The Azul restaurant/bar attendants were very attentive and provided excellent service. The Sunday brunch at Masi is another must do. There are a ton of mouth watering buffet options, a carving station, live music and unlimited mimosas. One of the many highlights of our stay. I also ordered room service, which took less than 30 minutes. The food was fresh, hot and delicious. I will definitely return to this hotel.

An excellent experience!

This hotel was absolutley amazing, beautiful and clean. The service was excellent everywhere. The food was fantastic and the lounge upstairs just incredible. And we would like to recognize Jose and Elizabeth for their hospitality. Thank you, we will stay there again soon. A strong recommend.
