I stayed at the JW for 3 nights and it was amazing. From the infitnity pool to the bars/ restaurants on the hotel, it was simple awesome. the staff were very friendly and the hotel was nice to walk around and very big. The gym was very good too.

It is in a great city location close to shops and restaurants. The Multi Plaza mall is a 15 minute walk away. Uber rides were $3 -$5 to Casca Viejo and surrounding areas. From the luggage handlers to housekeeping, everyone was so nice and attentive. Valeria checked us in and provided great customer service and recommendations for area attractions. She also called around to assist us in finding special alcohol not sold in the US. The partial ocean view double bed rooms are large, appropriately stocked and perfect for our visit. I spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the view. Room Cons: There is only a curtain separating the bathroom from the rest of the room. This is not ideal when traveling with friends or anyone you don't want to see you in your birthday suit. The water was not hot on our first full day, it was very warm. It may have been because we were on the 34th floor and showering at the same time as everyone else. It was like the hotel heard us and the water was definitely hot afterwards. We ordered an ice bucket along with blankets and they were delivered within minutes. The attendant also showed us how to use the coffee maker to make hot tea. I am impressed by the speed and attentiveness of everyone on staff. You must allow time in your visit for the infinity pools. There is plenty of seating in and around the pool to enjoy the gorgeous ocean views on one side and the city views on the other. The Azul restaurant/bar attendants were very attentive and provided excellent service. The Sunday brunch at Masi is another must do. There are a ton of mouth watering buffet options, a carving station, live music and unlimited mimosas. One of the many highlights of our stay. I also ordered room service, which took less than 30 minutes. The food was fresh, hot and delicious. I will definitely return to this hotel.
This hotel was absolutley amazing, beautiful and clean. The service was excellent everywhere. The food was fantastic and the lounge upstairs just incredible. And we would like to recognize Jose and Elizabeth for their hospitality. Thank you, we will stay there again soon. A strong recommend.

Our family went for my husband’s birthday. The hotel JWMarriott was beautiful. The room had everything we needed. The restaurants inside the hotel were all very good. The staff was very helpful as to where to go, and any questions we had. The hotel is situated in a very nice area. Panama was a great experience. We used Uber to get everywhere which I thought was a great idea. We were thinking about renting a car but because of parking and traffic I would say using Uber was the better deal.
We vacationed in Panama from August 12 through August 20 and stayed at the JW Marriott, on Calle Punta Colón, Punta Pacifica.
While traveling/vacationing, we spend a lot of time off of the beaten path, and thus interact with many locals in the surrounding areas/cities/neighborhoods.
Each day we would come back with pictures of where we visited/went to, and during our stay at the Marriott, Elizabeth, Jose, Maxine, Jesus, and Diana took some time and gave us some background/details about our adventuring. Thank you all for the wonderful information. You all made our time there feel as if though we were amongst friends. We look forward to returning.
