Had an awesome stay at this hotel as an English speaking individual..The taxi service was very reliable and was assisted with this by the hotel..I was able to visit the nearby malls with no hassle ...friendly staff ...daily cleaning of rooms and tasty breakfast..I would definitely visit again...

Great value- rooms are very nice, quiet. The breakfast buffet is huge and delicious; the pool is beautiful

My wife and I came for couple days and it was amazing there were some staffs that really stood out and made our trip one to remember….Madelaine she was our server two days straight she checks on us made sure we were good and was even vibing with us….the guy on the pool deck I forgot his name he is the elder one he was amazing too…. And Erick at breakfast was very welcoming and friendly was a nice smiley face to see when you get up…..Kayana I think she is a concierge….she was very friendly and amazing too

I book my trip for 4 days 3 nights and I have met some amazing persons that made my trip one to remember and made me really wanted to come back….firstly I wanna shout out to estuardo he was our server at dinner on the pool he was so polite and friendly and he help us with recommendations he knew his stuff he was fantastic he was also our entertainment for the night he made us laugh so much….. he deserves a raise he is amazing❤️❤️❤️
