I didn’t stay at the hotel, but went to the rooftop restaurant in the hotel. The service and food were great! Darwin, in the lobby was particularly helpful. The restaurant has an amazing view of Panama City and traditional Panamanian food. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

We had a great experience with dining in this place. With 2 difficult enters, one gluten-free and one vegetarian (who does not like many things). We ate here dringend the first and last night of our trip through Panama.
The service was friendly (thanks to Darwin and Sr. Jaime), there was beautiful live music, and the food was delicious. And after you finish eating, take a look at the rooftop by the pool for a stunning view of the city.”

The entire experience was well above my expectations the lobby, the staff, the room rooftop pool, and a bar service was exceptional. Very first class very professional. I will definitely stay at the Central Hotel Panama every time I visit Panama.

My first time in Panama and stayed here. The staff were AMAZING and so accommodating. I loved Kimberly who worked the lobby bar area. She makes great drinks and was so friendly. Also I loved Johanna who worked the rooftop restaurant/pool area. She never complained about how much delicious food we ordered and brought it to the pool with a smile :) The room was spacious and clean. The gym had all I needed for quick morning workouts. The hotel was near great restaurants and easy to walk around the neighborhood. I will absolutely stay here again :)

When someone goes over and beyond to make your day with a smile, you know you are in a good place. This is a family getaway to celebrate my dad’s 85th birthday. Everyone from day one welcomed us like family. Special recognition to Maria Lorena in the restaurant, who made our breakfast super special with a custom order. She put a smile on our faces!
