Being a frequent traveler, I don't bother normally with the feedbacks. But sometimes you just need to warn fellow guests. If you are looking for the tiny rooms, stuff which not going to greet you upon arrival with the simple "Hello" and the management who will lie to your face - this is the hotel you are looking for! :)
Being eligible for the (free) upgrade on behalf of my travel provider, I had to spend 40 minutes educating the hotel manager about their partner's program.
Finally, when they admitted I was right, I've been informed Hotel do not have next-level rooms available... So, I called anonymously to the reception 10 minutes later.. and found they have had plenty of rooms with the category I was requesting.. if you pay upfront:)
Hospitality service should come with a smile but not with a lie!
Be aware and stay away!
I will share my experience with both Radisson and my Travel program offices. Will update this post after the mediation.More
