I have stayed at amazingly beautiful place with a great location. Really, everything was within the walking distance so it was easy to handle it around, even for for the newcomers like me. The owner is one of a kind, a true gem. Fluent, flexible and helpful, sometimes even a little bit too perfectionist. But that's good. If Croatia had more of that kind, we'd have a touristic renaissance :) And of course, I'll be back.

I'm so so happy i could get this place for 3 days !! Location is just perfect and the apartment itself it's just amazing! Comfort, nice interiors and right price !!!
The owner is a wonderful person, great communication and ready for any need of his guests!
I'll go there again and i highly suggest anyone going to Belgrade to stay in this place!

Dusan is great. We had just arrived after a tiring road trip to turn in the rented car and he kindly picked us up to drive us to the apartment. Provided us with a map and marked most appealing places to dine out.
Location is perfect, the very city center - beautiful Kralja Petra street. The apartment itself is well-equipped, I had no issues about it and need to mention that's not typical for me. It's really cozy and comfortable. There were just two things that we found a bit inconvenient. Firstly wi-fi signal is rather weak and secondly the apartment is located on the 5th floor and the building has no elevator.
Smoking is allowed and it was appropriate for us.

Very good location in downtown Belgrade. All clubs at the banks of river sava were just 5 minutes away by taxi (3 - 4 €). Main pedestrian zone, groceries and exchange offices were around the corner. The owner Dusan was firendly, reliable and supportive, offered transfer from the airport and back (even at 4:30 am, so I could catch my flight without stress), and is available at cell phone 24/7.
Rooms were tidy and clean. kitchen fully equipped. batch room with towels, shower, hair drier, washing machine, flat-iron and ironing board. Bedroom with WI-FI, PC, flat screen TV, DVD player, collection of movies, air conditioner.
Disadvantage:
The apartment is in 5th floor and the elevator wasn't working.
No problem if you are young and sporty.
