The apartment (Prospekt Nezavisimosti 34) was very comfortable for 2 couples (2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms/WC + spacious living room with well equipped kitchen and small balcony) and it was much cheaper than stay in nearby hotels. Despite central location there is quiet enough because the building is located in the second line from the main street (Prospekt Nezavisimosti) and the windows are to small side street. Good heating and fast enough Wi-Fi (free). Complimentary tea (no coffee), sugar, filtered drinking water; they provide the slippers also.
By arrival they gave us 2 keys, free city map and there is a folder with all other information necessary (about TV, calling a taxi etc.).
Location - walking distance to almost all sightseeing objects, but you can use also metro (one ride 0,55 BYR (~0,30 EUR), you can buy tokens at the entrance into the station). In the first line building you can find restaurant Skif (on the left corner; we liked there), café Stolle (~in the middle of first line building; good coffee, various kinds of pastries - sweet and salted) and nice bakery (on the right corner; all kind of bread, drinks, milk products, but no meet products).
Also, their airport transfer (30 USD one way) was comfortable and punctual.
We rented 3 apartments in July for a group of friends making a city trip to Minsk, Belarus. Really quite impressed with the service provided; the apartments were in great condition, centrally located and reasonably priced (esp. compared with any hotel options).
Would highly recommend these apartments to anyone wishing to visit Minsk, Belarus - large groups, families, etc.
