Overnight in a two bedroom apartment, a double bed and two single beds , for a overnight accommodation one cannot say much otherwise it has a kitchen equipped with a gas stove, bar fridge, jug, toaster n limited utensils such as knifes, forks n spoons otherwise no plates and pots.
If you are on a long stay it would be good to go else where.
Definitely a overnight family stay with external dinner
Booked my accommodation through book sites, room looked promising as per website and my confirmation email, until I turned up at the motel. I have been travelling the whole day was feeling very tired. I was put into Tower 2 spacious very budget room, air con was working but wasn't letting off cold air, but thank goodness it rained to keep the room cool, I stayed at ground floor, gets better went for a bath only to be greeted by cockroaches in the bathroom floor. I only stayed 1 night and checked out the next day. Will not go back there or recommend that accommodation to anyone.
not happy with the receptionist she can't help. All she said that my booking has been cancelled at 11pm for not showing up at the hotel. I arrived after midnight which I took bus from Nadi to Suva and by taxi from the Market to the Hotel. End up no room for me. They cancelled my booking which I called by phone to re-confirm my online booking and we agreed to check in anytime I arrived Suva. Not happened as we agreed. Saaad I end up to another accommodation it was after midnight.
In my recent experience, the photos that this hotel provides via hotel booking sites do not honestly represent the room that you book. Having reviewed online photos, I booked a nice-looking room with a queen-size bed, a balcony and a harbour view. On arrival at the hotel, my wife and I were taken to a dingy, smelly room in very poor condition. The balcony was filthy, piled with old building materials and was totally useless. On complaining, we were told that we could have a 'better', renovated, room. On inspection, the extent of the 'renovation' seems to have been confined to tiling over the old laminex bench-tops. On further complaint, we were finally shown to a room that resembled the online photos. However, that room was so tiny that we had difficulty finding somewhere to place our 2 suitcases. And the double bed - not queen - was as hard as a rock. For this room, we were required to pay an extra tariff!
Think very seriously before booking this hotel if you want to avoid trouble and disappointment!
Townhouse Apartments Suva is average but livable and was alright for me and my 2 children in Suva for a sports comp. Very simple accommodation with an air condition bedroom, ensuite and tv with a kitchenette which included cooking facilities. The apartment looks tired and in real need of an uplift and upgrade, especially in the bathroom but for price we paid and independence we had, it was a good deal. Some noise does come through the door but not to the bedroom. Some staff need to be told more than once for simple requests so marginal service, although the security guard and maintenance/housekeeping staff are friendly. Site is near all Suva shops and food courts, with a beautiful Catholic cathedral just opposite the building. 5 minutes walk to MHCC. They have a nice cafe on ground floor. We looked at their new rooms on top floor and they are modern and smaller with no cooking facilities but pricier. If you're looking for a flash place and have high expectations of service, this is not for you. Overall an ok experience but I would stay here again for the price and convenience.
