I use to be the chief concierge for intercontinental Fiji and seriously believed on IHG Brand standard. I walked in at the holiday Inn Suva feeling very tired. The hotel was fully booked as per reception and i met the GM at the entrance who use to work with me at Natadola. Not only he recognised me but offered to go an extra mile to see that i surely get a room . GM you have showed me you understood the brand well and always showed you cared because you not only just said HI but actually took an extra mile to ask if i have been assisted. Well done SIr.
