The staff at Holiday Inn, Suva are very friendly and hospitable. I would like to commend Nemia for assisting me with my laundry as I did not have to keep going up and down to check on the availability of the room and timing of my laundry. Nice rooms and friendly staff like Nemia was very helpful indeed and made my stay comfortable.
Very convenient location in the heart of Suva, makes easy accessibility to shops, restaurants and offices nearby. Afternoon walks can be so much fun also.

Really enjoyed my stay and thanks for the room upgrade, it was so nice of you guys and I wished my son was there to see it cause the place was really good and plus the view from the balcony to the parliament and it was really peaceful so I really had a good rest after coming back from my night flights so thank you guys🫶🏻

Recent stay wasn’t the best at Holiday Inn Suva, have always loved the property generally even for catching cocktails or dinner but the two day stay this time wasn’t it. First was the late check in despite being a IHG rewards member. Secondly staff need to learn about “customer service”. Paying that many hundreds and getting that at a IHG property don’t go together. The Duty Manager who was there on 03AUG didn’t even feel the need to come talk with me when I requested for room change.
Furthermore, housekeeping doesn’t even do the needful. Neither was the towels replaced nor Bottled water given. Doesn’t feel nice to be calling frint desk every-time because these things should be known and done already.
One staff at reception was nice and extremely friendly who worked on 04AUG.
Have been given few points as service recovery but that doesn’t really suffice what I got during the stay.
I’m returning back for a weekend stay next month and I definitely don’t wish to expect the same.
