We attended a day workshop in this establishment. The room was clean and spacious, with good morning & afternoon tea, thanks for friendly service of waitress Lucy Kolinisau. The conference was ready by the time the team arrived. The staff was friendly and welcoming. They provide additional support when we needed it. The response was quick. The meal were all amazing and tasteful. The washroom are easily accessible. The staff overall are very helpful.

I had the most delicious Spinach & Sweet Potato Salad at Sirocco Restaurant (April 21,2024) prepared by Chef Elina. It is always a challenge finding a place in Suva after 9pm catering to special dietary requirements. Although the air-conditioning seemed to be a bit higher tonight, the exceptionally delicious food made up for it.

The atmosphere and value for money is great. A special mention for Laisani who is a huge asset to the food and beverage and hospitality section of the hotel. She is switched on, responsive and professional. We were impressed over a number of occasions with this person who absolutely got customer service, engagement and Itimely response. Holiday Inn she is an asset and clearly helped others who struggled with the situation and numbers on occasion. Cannot speak highly enough!! We have stayed across the world and Laisani would be an asset to any hotel
