A good experience made memorable and great!

The atmosphere and value for money is great. A special mention for Laisani who is a huge asset to the food and beverage and hospitality section of the hotel. She is switched on, responsive and professional. We were impressed over a number of occasions with this person who absolutely got customer service, engagement and Itimely response. Holiday Inn she is an asset and clearly helped others who struggled with the situation and numbers on occasion. Cannot speak highly enough!! We have stayed across the world and Laisani would be an asset to any hotel

Just a chilled atmosphere with the pacific and welcome vibes.

The freshest and chillest beers in Suva and Masi always makes it the best place to be. Great service and company always worth more then what you spend. One walks in to the Bula then recognition and Welcome back it makes you feel welcomed but also gives you that family belonging vibe. Always a pleasure just walking into the reception.

Room tip: On Fridays and weekends book in advance a table so you don't get disappointed.

Holiday Inn Suva

Great location with a view looking over Suva Harbour and walking distance to town. , Great food, great rooms., great pool, great view . Extremely friendly staff and awesome service. The bar serivce is fantasitc, especially from Masi and Savu.

Best service and friendly staff

I have always stayed in holiday inn for the past 4 years of visiting my families in fiji and its very friendly staff and I like to thank masi who works at the bar for surprise in 14th of January 2024 at 12 midnight with a cake and a happy birthday wish. I was totally impressed.thank u very much as he was the first person to wish me.

Great venue and awesome staff - especially Erimasi!

Great venue.

Come routinely to stay and have a meal - service is fantastic and Erimasi in particular is an absolute legend!

Fantastic meals and ice cold beer on tap delivered quickly without even needing to be asked. Rooms are great and the view makes everything better.

Close to local amenities

Parking is ample.

Room tip: Try the beer
