Apart from the beautiful empty beach - we loved the relaxed remoteness of the location, our outdoor shower, and not having electricity daytime. There was quite a bit of coral off the beach, and little fishies to make snorkeling interesting too, very shallow though. Also the staff were lovely.
Don't come here if you crave international resort service and anonymity, this is a local gem, no TV, no pool, no spa, no golf... A few details around the restaurant (which serves home-cooked food and you need to order in advance) could be improved, for example - serve butter instead of margarine, include a choice of non-black tea.
We appreciate that cyclone Winston destroyed a lot of crops this year, but this is a place we would love to be served locally harvested foods from the farm. Preferably organic.
