Absolutely great! We ate here three times and can't complain about anything. The food, staff and atmosphere are all excellent!

We had a 3-couse set menu based on fresh ingredients that were available in the market that day. Everything was delicious, even though the cooking facilities are minimal. Reservations essential by noon. After dinner we walked on the beach below the hut and watched the sun set. It was a great evening.

We ate dinner here our last day in Fiji and are so glad we went! In the past, the Cafe only served guests staying at Beach Cocomo Resort, but in the last 3-4 years, they have opened their doors to outside guests. Reservations by phone by noon the same day are required since this is a very small restaurant and the chef starts prepping the meal around noon. The chef was very accommodating of our dietary requirements and we were served a gourmet 3 course meal in the beautiful setting of the little house-like restaurant overlooking a small beach. The chef used fresh local ingredients/produce to present her own take on traditional Fijian delicacies and we absolutely enjoyed all 3 courses (an appetizer, a soup/salad, and an entree). While making reservations, we were advised to bring our own wine as the restaurant does not have a liquor license. We gladly brought a bottle along, as well as bottled water. Later, we enjoyed a stroll along the beach to watch the sunset. Overall, this was an excellent dinner in a beautiful setting, the food presentation was delightful, the girl serving the courses was very personable, and we could tell that Chef Marie is very passionate about cooking. A meal here is highly recommended if you are on Viti Levu.

Marie is the chef and cooks with a flair usually found only in top restaurants. There are only a couple of tables and booking is essential. Look past the tiny kitchen and the sand floor and enjoy the view out to the reef. Sit back and be amazed at the quality of the fresh food, prepared with a Korean twist. We loved it.

I found this amazing place thanks to TripAdvisor. We made a reservation through our hotel and altough the restaurant was normally already closed, we were able to make a reservation. Once arrived at the Restaurant, we were welcomed very warmly and seated in a very cute and cozy outdoor restaurant with only 3 tables!! One dish was better than the other and we were led through a culinary adventure. Every dish was prepared freshly and with a lot of love. I would recommend this place to every visitor of the Fijis. The dinner was definitely the best I had here and even a highlight of my whole trip!!
