AVOID AVOID AVOID!
This hotel used to be great back in the day… the pictures on the website are mis-leading and nothing like what they are in real life. POOL was GREEN, room was mouldy AND only 1 restaurant open with adjoining bar. Drinks very over priced. It’s a resort that is in need of a serious renovation.
There are plenty of better alternates around the area.

Room tip: Hire a car so you can explore the local area and visit other resorts

Took my girls for my 60th birthday before Covid, every aspect of the resort was amazing, the staff, the food, relaxed atmosphere, staff were always willing to assist, always events to do if you wanted, got a brilliant package and will be going back when we are able to,

Room tip: Book through my Fiji as they do everything and at the resort there is a travel agent and Rosie who was amazing booked everything for us

We visited this place as a big family
We booked 3 rooms
Check in time given was 11am
However we arrived at 2pm
Upon check in while entering the room the door was not opening,
We could see there were dead butterflies and ants at the doorsteps.
Even plnty sand and dirt in the porch.
Someome came to fix the door and he said we have to wait for electrician to come and fix.
When he opened the door
We saw the room was dirty
And smelly.
When we confronted the man who came to fix the door he said very rudely that dont tell me all that tell at the reception.
It took time for the elcetrician to come and fix the door.
The next day we had a terrible experience at the restaurant
There were no plates but the front kitchen staffs hesitated to give us plates reserved for ommelettes only.
They kept saying plenty plates there.
Unfortunately there were not even small plates for us.
We had to go them 3 times to get a plate for breakfast.
The omelette was vry expensive $10fjd
We have been to so many resorts but this had worst service.

Our trip was canceled due to COVID 19, our accomodation paid for, have tried multiple times to contact them with emails to organise a refund, no communication back and no refund very upset, espicslly since they couldn’t even email back, espicslly since they also closed down, I would
Understand if they kept a few, but not to even reply back is just rude, will
Be taking this further

We had a booking through Expedia. Couldnt travel from Australia, Fiji werent receiving visitors, hotel was closed anyway and yet they offer no refund or credit because it was a no cancellation or refund policy. Shame on you and shame on you Expedia for not supporting or supporting your own customers who are often loyal. Do not book through Expedia or through this hotel at any time.
