Absolutely stunning villas

5.0 of 5 bubblesReviewed 30 Apr 2019
We rented all of the villas in this establishment for a family holiday.

Overall the facility is very well maintained and has everything you could need! each villa had its own bbq (villa 1 had 2).

The weather is extremely hot as one would expect and the lack of air con was a little hard to get use to at first, however as the days past opening the doors was more than enough. Villas 1 does have an air conditioner which means things so much more bearable during those extremely hot days.

The villa's themselves are all very beautiful with Villas 1,2,3 all having great ocean views whilst villa 4 only had small views.

We had a family group of 13 children running around the villas and everyone had the time of their lives.

The beach is not really swimable unfortunately, as its like the rest of the coral coast mostly hard rock.

We found it difficult for food choices in the area with shop and save being at sigatoka being our go to place for food, however the selection there was not fantastic and ended up driving to Nadi to get better food choices (for self cooking).

Overall I would recommend the villas to any travellers and is a true gem.

This is a great way to go for your Coral Coast holiday. The Villas are well located - not far from Sigatoka and within reach of the resorts. Having a car is the better way to go but you can manage without via other transport options. In side you have everything you need and the Wifi is good for those that need it. We have been spoiled by good weather and that has enhanced the superb view & outlook from Villa 1. You do get a bit of road noise but that is minor in the scheme of things and we would definitely do it again.

This is a great Villa, has everything you need. Very clean inside and out. The managers are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble. Very pretty location, we stayed in Villa 1, beautiful views out to sea. Would definitely stay here again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this tropical paradise and would recommend the property to anyone. The accommodation was everything and more, it looked just as beautiful as the pictures, my one wish was the property had goggles, snorkels and canoes available to rent to take advance of the beautiful water in front of this property, so take your own. This certainly was not a problem, only an observation.

We (3adults) stayed 5 nights .There are 4 villas on the block and we stayed in villa 1. Wow, Wow, Wow.
We were warmly greeted by Kalera. The grounds are immaculate, a credit to Rusi and Kalera. The gardens are beautiful and the pool always clean.
The views from each room were breathtaking. The villas are nicely furnished and have everything you need for a very comfortable stay, with all modern amenities (except a tv, which you don't miss, as you have unlimited free wifi). The views across the coral coast are magnificent. There is a rock island across from the villas, make sure you swim out there in the right tide, between 11 and 1, for if you go around the to OTHER side of the rock island, the snorkelling is fantastic. The water is shallow behind the rock, and you can trawl around and it's like an aquarium!!
The location of the villas are great. Only about a 10 minute drive into the town of Sigatoka to get supplies.
Gecko and Shangri La resorts are only a 2 minute drive in the opposite direction, if you have the need to eat out. The views are so nice, we ate 'in' most nights.
There is train track which runs in front of the villas, which a small steam train passes by 3 times a week. You can catch it Into town and catch a taxi or bus back. We walked along the train track, which is very scenic, plus we got to speak to friendly locals along the way.
We didn't want to leave, and will definitely return one day.
