We had this place recommended to us by the locals. I had fish, chips and a beer my fiancé had the enormous thai fried rice, glass of Aussie red. Great value, amazing service and fantastic food.

We were shopping in Sigatoka & wanted to find a local eatery for lunch & our taxi driver showed us Shivas Restaurant - fantastic find! Looks dodgy going in but great food & service! You find it in a little alley way opposite the market square & go up some very steep metal stairs & the door is located as you exit the stairs, we were in a group of 11 including kids & grand parents & they accommodated us in a private room with great air conditioning! All food ordered was fantastic & large serves & we even had a nice glass of wine, we were so impressed we came back for dinner on another evening. Menu was a mix of Fijian, Chinese, Indian & Western for those fussy kids! Beer, Wine & Cocktails available & the Manager (Dan) went out of his way to obtain a birthday cake for one of our party! Thanks Dan great job! Prices were also very reasonable even adding in the mini bus taxi from the Shangri-La. Would go back anytime!
