Clean environment. Reception staff are very friendly and welcoming. Deluxe room was Convenient and clean for my family of 2A2C. We enjoyed the delicious food from their restaurant service. 5 stars for the chef. Must not miss the buffet breakfast though, with options available was easier to handle my kids around the table.

I spent my three day quarantine here, dont book standard room was disgusting. Bathroom door cant close , dirty and blood still on the curtain wall room 406. Buffet breakfast food great. Just not the standard room. Maybe try deluxe is better.

Perfectly adequate for what I needed. I only stayed one night prior to leaving for the airport so I could have a look around town. There’s a big supermarket next door but other than that not much around. The grounds were nice and the pool looked good but I didn’t have a chance to use it.

Room was clean and functional, air con a little noisy but worked. Bed was ok but pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. Towels were a little sad but the toiletries provided were nice.

Breakfast was pretty good, not a huge choice but they even had proper grilled bacon (not the horrid dry, oven cooked bacon you get at 5 star resorts).

Beware the transfer drivers out front will jump up when you ask for a taxi and then charge you inflated prices compared to a metered taxi.

We spent one night at Mercure Nadi in transit. The staff were super friendly and the room was clean. We had an extremely late check out time which accommodated our late outbound flight. This was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend it!

What happened This place used to be very very nice they took over from the old international hotel which was a dump and turned it into a very nice resort and now they’ve turned it back into a dump what the heck happened here why would they do that this place was a thriving hotel with a great restaurant great staff and great people now it’s not even a one star rating if I could raise it negative I would

reception staff not very helpful, any request was handled with unhelpful replies, tried to ask with assistance for airport bus, but it seems the question with time table was to hard to be helpful. However not the first time that the reception staff behave in this manner at this hotel, all other staff were most helpful.
