Great location for our stay in November. Walking distance right across from the airport. Pool and restaurant are great. Walking distance to shopping and cafe's in the area. Staff are very helpful. thank you

Stayed here one night before our flight to New Zealand. The lobby, restaurant and pool area are super nice. The property is generally okay. Our room was fine, though the AC didn't work well. The room was outdated and could use an update.
The breakfast buffet wasn't great. Yeah, for a night this hotel is totally fine. You can literally walk to the airport, which makes it worth it.

Rooms good air con, nice sitting area, comfy bed and quite quiet. Good pool. Food quality good all round, but service a bit slow.
Flight cancelled due to storm and they let us stay until 2pm as trying to extend our stay. Sadly no rooms so had to move on
Only few mins walk to airport or free regular shuttle

Probably best to preface this review on the basis of this being a stopover location rather than a holiday destination. The hotel is perfectly located to the Nadi airport for travellers who are waiting for a connecting flight or island transfer. So called airport hotels come with a reputation of being the very minimum however the Fiji Gateway Hotel is an excellent stop for part of an extended journey or wait for the flight home..
The rooms were very clean, comfortable and well appointed for that short stay. The staff were friendly and restaurant and dining service was excellent. For young families contemplating a Fiji island holiday, the hotel is an affordable stopping point between connecting flights. There are pools for the kids and quiet areas to relax.

Lovely welcome on checking in. Rooms are reasonably priced which I was a bit apprehensive about as I wondered what we would get rooms in Fiji are expensive but Room was clean, spacious and comfortable with great air conditioning, lively modern bathroom, Right across the road from airport where they provide a free shuttle. Surprisingly we did not hear any aircraft noise. Restaurant was good and reasonably priced with very friendly efficient staff. Two pools to use. One has a slide for the kids built like a castle, if I had one criticism it would be the pool needs a curfew. Hard to sleep when kids are screaming, having fun, when you have an early morning flight. We took a trip into Nadi to shop which cost about 20fds. Would I return - yes.

What a warm and delightful welcome to Fiji. From checking in at reception to cocktail at bar to waking up to an amazing view, espresso coffee at cafe to delicious dinner at restaurant - a wonderful experience. Stayed in a refurbished deluxe room - comfortable bed, wardrobe/safe, balcony with mountain view and sitting area.
