It's not terrible, but not very nice. Don't spend any more time here than you absolutely have to.

A true airport hotel, it's really just meant for people staying the night before an early departure, or who have arrived too late to connect to their ultimate destination.

The rooms are a little crappy, and VERY NOISY at night, with nearby roosters crowing constantly starting at 3am, and the sound of party people inescapable. Bring ear plugs.

The only pillows are ginormous. Too big. Biggest I've ever seen in my whole life. My wife couldn't reach her head up to them to sleep, so she had to make her own pillow out of putting some spare shirts into the pillowcase.

The restaurant food and drink is barely-OK.

But the swimming pool is GREAT. If you are coming with kids, especially, they will LOVE it. Great water slide. And it's right by the restaurant so the kids can play for hours while you watch them from your table.

Lastly, though they have a free shuttle, they do NOT come to the airport automatically. You have to call them when you arrive, or ask a nice Nadi airport staff member to pretty-please call TokaToka for you to request that the shuttle come get you. Even the airport information booth person told me twice to "just wait, they will come". I waited a full hour before finally someone called the TokaToka and told them to come, then they came right away. I thought TokaToka was at fault but in hindsight it was only the information booth person that was wrong. You must call TokaToka when you arrive. Or just walk. They are literally across the street, just a 4-minute walk. (Wish I knew either of these things when I was waiting for an hour.)

Room tip: every room is noisy

Where do I begin! Staff were not very friendly. Room was quite dirty (fridge had never been cleaned!) fan was extremely loud & remote for air con unit didn’t work therefore couldn’t turn it down - had to manually turn off at wall) room is extremely dark & terrible lighting. Water pressure in bathroom is so slow. restaurant service was terrible took over 1.5hrs to get our dinner (we had young kids who were very tired 8pm at night and still not fed) ended up leaving and they delivered the food to our room half an hour after leaving it arrived & pizza tasted terrible!

Room tip: Avoid this hotel! Save your money and stay elsewhere!

very friendly staff, resort was clean and tidy, rooms a good size, bathroom/shower was nice and spacious. Great pool and has a slide for the kids (or adult), pool also has good shade area for those who want to sit out of the sun, food at restaurant was fabulous, only gripe was no hand rail to place a face towel and there was a night light in the room i couldnt turn off so room wasnt pitch black. has a gym amd spa which was great. large grass area at back of resort with views of the mountains for kids to kick a ball around (bring your own ball).Has laundry. curtesy bus to and from airport. local IGA is 30 mins walk along footpath on hwy or cheap taxi ride (resort had a shop but was closed down due to covid, i suspect one will open back up again). as this resort is large it doesnt seem busy or over crowded. Overall a great place to stop on the way to an island.

This is a lovely hotel with beautiful staff. Most are helpful. They helped take our bags to the room, however we had to take our own bags upon checkout. When I booked this hotel (our 2nd stay here) I requested the room I wanted and was told it was organised (by our agent). When we arrived we had a completely different room, and nothing like I was expecting. After I complained about it, the reception staff, and more importantly Santana, was wonderful and organised to move us straight away to the room we asked for, even though it turned out our agent lied to us and never communicated our request to Tokatoka.
The pool is nice with a waterside for the kiddies. It's located across the road from Nadi Airport so it's perfect if you have early or late flight as they have airport shuttle bus too.
The restaurant is probably the only downside to the hotel. Lighting is terrible so I needed a torch to see the menu. The buffet continental breakfast needs a total revamp with more than 1 variety of stale cereal.
Overall it's a nice hotel.
