The room was great! Comfy king bed, separate room and beds for our kids. Staff were wonderful, amazing food…. The beach didn’t have the feel we thought Fiji would. Black sand and dark waters but very warm.

This was my second time at the Ramada Suites. We stayed here with family for 4 nights. The rooms were very clean and up to date when we checked in. We checked in at around 6pm so we had no issues checking in.
Second day around 8.30am we received call from housekeeping checking up on us and if everything was ok and if we needed a room service. I think this was a great gesture, however it was a little too early for us as we had a late night and wasn't expecting to be disturbed. Even thought the call was done early morning the room was not cleaned till midday. We had to call and ask them to clean our room. We did not have any cards to be placed at the door. We do appreciate the wonderful service of the staff and always saving us a parking lot as the Hotel has very few parking lots. We were given a good service by the housekeeping as well, however I noticed that the rooms were not thoroughly cleaned especially we would see dust behind the Doors etc and not everything was replenished on time especially tea bags, sugar, toilet paper and lotions. We had to call in for refill of shower gel and shampoo as well. Housekeeping team need to replenish everything on time so guests do not have to call and ask for it.
We took a 2 bedroom beachfront room, we were given 4th floor so we just enjoyed the awesome view from our room.
The pool was great as usual but I don't like the fact that they allow outside guests to use the pool. We do understand that they give business however when the hotel is running on full occupancy outside guests shouldn't be entertained as they crowd up the pool area.
Overall a good experience and appreciate if feedback is taken positively to improve.

Staff offered excellent service and very friendly. Rooms came with all washing cooking, and drying facilities. Lovely views and great access to beach. Restaurant offered good quality food, hopefully more restaurants will appear as area us still developing.
