It took 2 hours for the staff to check us in after check in time. The Restaurant at the bottom on the hotel took 1.5 hours to serve lunch, the toilets in the public area were dirty. There were no white towels available (the hotel had run out), there were no blankets for our childrens beds. we tried to leave and secure a refund, the hotel initially advised it's a busy time of year, you need to expect delays and problems. They eventually agreed to refund 50% of our stay however are still yet to provide the refund.
