The Ramada Suites was great, the staff were friendly. helpful and extremely knowledgeable and competent. i would highly recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Fiji. Jone, and the rest of the staff made the stay wonderful. A great experience!!

We had a great 2 night stop over here on our way back to Vancouver from NZ. We would definitely do this again!!! Ramada Suites is easy to get to from the airport via shuttle or taxi. Our suite was clean, spacious and very comfortable for our group of 5. The staff were all so very friendly and helpful!! We had good food and cocktails at Club 57 and the ladies in the Spa were great.

It took 2 hours for the staff to check us in after check in time. The Restaurant at the bottom on the hotel took 1.5 hours to serve lunch, the toilets in the public area were dirty. There were no white towels available (the hotel had run out), there were no blankets for our childrens beds. we tried to leave and secure a refund, the hotel initially advised it's a busy time of year, you need to expect delays and problems. They eventually agreed to refund 50% of our stay however are still yet to provide the refund.
