Located in a trendy area of Santiago and very close to the line 1 metro stop of University Catolica this is a great place to spend some time in Santiago. The rooms are spacious and the beds super comfortable. Upper floor rooms have views of the city skyline and the Andes mountains.
Breakfast is served from 7am weekdays, and 8am at weekends, from the top floor breakfast bar which is next to the swimming pool and has great views of the city and the mountains. Breakfast is self-service with a wide-range of hot and cold dishes. Someone who is gluten-free will find plenty to eat.
A few other things to be aware of. There is a hotel restaurant but it is not open at weekends, although there are plenty of dining options in the streets around the hotel. The area is trendy and popular and the rooms not sound-proof but the external noise from music etc does die down late evening. Last, the ergonomics of the bathroom area in the room we stayed in were a little strange. The separate toilet has a door that can't be opened if someone is also stood in front of the washbasin unless that person moves out of the way. Also, the toilet is where the fresh towels are stored, not the shower area or area around the washbasin.
The staff were friendly and would recommend as a place to stay in Santiago.
