For someone who is a world traveller with more than half a million km passed in her lifetime it is difficult not to have a single objection about a place - well, this is the place.
Everything here is more than great - extremely kind and helpful receptionists, maids, staff in the hotel restaurant.
Perfect WiFi, excellent food, superb location, and all this for a reasonable price.
The location is convenient, only a short walk from Baquedano station. The room was clean and quiet. The water in the shower was hot. The staff were friendly and helpful especially with storing our luggage before and after our stay.

It is a nice hotel but not sure if it is a 3-star hotel. Breakfast was included. The receptionist was really friendly. She helped us a lot and provided us a map and showed us all historical points. Wifi was not good. It has a bar and security 24 hours
We had a one night stay in April as part of a Chimu Adventures tour. It was a good choice for what we wanted [just a place to sleep], as we ate at a good restaurant in Bella Vista. It is in a good area located a short distance down a side street and within easy walking distance of Plaza de Armas, Cerro Santa Lucia, Bella Vista, and the subway trains. The staff were friendly and helpful and gave us some good advise to help us get around. The room was small, but clean and comfortable. We recommend the hotel if you want one in a good location for visiting Santiago.
I do not know who gives the stars to chilean hotels, but most are over-rated. 4 stars? Please!. Noisy place (trafic), not very friendly reception, really small meeting room, and given the name, I would have expected japanesse food. But for lunch, an undefined first course, followed by spagetti in a "Alfredo-like" sauce with pieces of overcooked chicken. Good dessert though. And my opinion was shared by 7 people.
