Stayed here for a ski trip and it was very convenient.
Everything you need to see is within walking distance from the hotel. Very safe area with lots of shops and restaurants around. Subway is just a few minutes walk away.
Highly recommended!
Santiago is a very walkable city and this location is a fantastic starting point. This is located next to a traffic circle which is sort of a center point for the city, and you can find very cool neighborhoods in each direction from here.
The rooms are clean and comfortable. We had one of the top floor rooms and the view from the balcony (and the balcony itself) was worth it. The bathroom was a bit compact but clean and bright. The breakfast was great. There is a nice wine selection in house if you want something for your room.
We had an issue with our AC one night and they tried to fix it (at 11pm) and were unsuccessful, so they shifted us to another room for the night. There were a couple of small communication issues with the front desk over the course of our stay, but overall they were helpful and friendly and we would happily stay here again.
Had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel which had small but quiet, comfortable, well appointed rooms in a central location.
Staff was friendy and very helpful, Maria helped out in translation and finding a dentist when I had a dental emergency and my wife was robbed (be aware of pickpocketing when you are out and abot)
We stayed 3 nights in a larger comfortable room on the top floor of this hotel. The room had a good-sized balcony looking toward a large park. The breakfast area was closed for remodel, and the cafe about a block away was used for breakfast, or delivery was available. The friendly, helpful hosts (Andrew, Maria, Philippe) we’re so nice to do anything we asked. They all spoke English, and gave us good tips for eating and sightseeing. Andrew worked hard to find us another taxi to the airport early on Sunday when our guy did not show! The location was very good for walking to Lastarria or Bellavista- no vehicle needed.
