Paolo was sooooo wonderful and gave us amazing recommendations including spice levels and quantity to order. He took care of every detail and was so friendly and helpful especially with the language barrier. It was honestly one of the best meals I have ever had. A blend of Peruvian and Japanese. What an extraordinary culinary adventure. This is now our number one favorite restaurant in Santiago and we will be back!!! Freshest fish, extraordinary flavors, beautiful surroundings.

Peruvian Japanese fusion. Very tasty and nice variety of fish dishes. The restaurant has a nice ambience but the bathroom was not that well maintain and there was a lot of nice in the kitchen from some of the waiters and the chefs talking very loudly to each other. Any way, recommendable.
