This hotel is very conveniently located close to a number of restaurants, and shops. The rooms are comfortable and clean, The staff is very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfasts. There is no on site parking, but I found it easy to find parking spaces right in front of the hotel.
Good location. Close to the center but not noisy. Clean, spacious room. WiFi worked well most of the time. Very good breakfast. Normally breakfast starts at 8, but let them know if you need it earlier and they will start breakfast service at whatever hour you like. I had a couple of 6:30 breakfasts. Laundry service available. No elevator, but there are rooms available on the gound floor. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I stayed for two weeks while taking Spanish classes. Excellent choice for a moderately priced hotel.
The hotel was rustic and very close, within a short walk from all the main shopping as well as the restaurants. It offered a good breakfast. The only down side was the barking dogs next door so I needed to use ear plugs to sleep.
On our journeys we did a last minute stop over in Pucón for the night. What mostly drew us in was the great location to downtown since we were just staying one night and the fact that every other hotel was reviewed as “old and tired.” This hotel is definitely designed with some great modern flare, comfortable beds, quite a few TV channels and nice patios. The breakfast was pretty basic but perfect for us! The only reason I don’t give it full stars is because the rooms were really hot as it was the summer and the only form of ventilation was to keep the window and patio door open. This made it a bit loud at night was dogs barking and too hot to hang out in during the day. We asked for a fan twice and they said they would bring us one, but a fan never showed up. I’d definitely recommend it though anticipate being a bit toasty on the top floor.
We booked into this place last minute as we decided to do an overnight bus trip from Santiago to pucon. We arrived at 8.00 am in the morning with a ton of luggage and a 1 year old baby, Natalia on the front desk was breath of fresh air she welcomed us with a great big smile she spoke perfect English and arranged for us to check into our room as soon as we arrived. What a great way to start our stay the rooms are 12 months old so very clean and new downstairs has a great lounge dining area with a tv and abundance of books. The staff have been amazing the kitchen staff washed my baby's bottles for me and gave me boiling water to make them up everybody has been super friendly and helpful and I feel like the staff go out of there way to make sure you have a great stay. The hotel is just around the corner from a great selection of cafes and restaurants. The bus station is within walking distance and there is heaps of tour companies just close to the hotel. We Highly recommend this place.
