Staff is very friendly and willing to accommodate, within reason of course. They would also offer advice or tips for the area if we needed help.
Rooms were very clean and organized and we were lucky to have an amazing view of a farm and mountains from our window.
Breakfast was good and fresh.
Rooftop lounge is a great way to relax with views of the mountains, volcanos, and the main strip of Pucon.
Looks like a new hotel. Very clean and tidy. Friendly, helpful staff. Has roof top area next to inside bar/lounge. 5 minute walk into main restaurant area of Pucon. It also has a lift. Rooms are nice with enough space.
As you will have noted from this review's title, the staff were terrific - helpful and exceedingly pleasant. The hotel is quite new and, as a result, everything feels fresh and clean. The only criticism, and it is a mild one, is that the hot water (in both the shower and sink) took an inordinate amount of time to arrive.
The location is on the edge of the center of town and, as a result, our room had a wonderful view of farm fields across the street, with mountains beyond. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good.
This is a new hotel very well built, with large rooms and bathrooms and excellent elevator. Perfect for physically impaired people. Breakfast is good. Its located at walking distance of almost everything in town (Pucón is a small city), but away enough from the noise of the city and pubs. In the fifth floor there is a bar and a hot tub with an awesome view of the landscape. The staff is also very friendly.
Probably not the best hotel for bohemian, but amazing for families and couples looking for rest.
Very pleasant hotel on edge of Pucon but still handy for town and various restaurants. Comfortable room, all good except hot water intermittent and breakfast not served before 8am which is unhelpful if going on trip for the day. Friendly staff but no English spoken.
