The hotel is located outside of the city, with great volcano view. It's very beautiful and the staff is really friendly. The hotel is close to a national park and hot spring places. Strongly recommend for people who like nature.
The only thing you need to be aware is that you need to rent a car to go there.

It is a quite place ideal to relax, away from roads, cities, noise. Only nature and some farm animals around. The view on the volcanos is fantastic.
Dirty road to reach it but not a difficult one. Easy to park, close to the cabaña, the site is very safe.
Owners are very kind and hospitable.
Cabañas are well kept, we were only 3, so lots of space. The highlight is the pellet stove that is very easy to use and gives warmth and a cozy atmosphere. Kitchen tools, plates, etc are ok-ish, and also the bathroom shows signs of age, but it is not a real issue. Only downside were the cupboards in the sleeping rooms that were really dusty. We decided to keep our clothes in the luggage.
Breakfast is served in a basket at the cabaña and one can take it when wishing to eat.

We took advantage of the Romantica package so we had room, breakfast, packed lunch and evening meal. A bottle of bubbly in the fridge with some chocolates. It was good value. Everything was great with a very nice lunch which we took to the Thermals Geometrica. Well worth a visit.
The cabin is rustic and perhaps the bed linen needs to be replaced now but apart from that everything was lovely. The log fire was a treat as it did get cold in the evening. The grounds are beautiful and the views of the volcano are incredible. It was in clear view the whole of the time we were there. We could see the glow in the night sky when we took some star photographs.
Cristian and his wife are a very sweet couple who go out of their way to make you welcome and are doing a great job. It's easy to find if you look it up before you leave home and we had it on our Tom Tom which took us right there. We didn't have time to take a swim or use the hot tubs. I would recommend this place to families with children as they could have a great time running around in the fresh air.
We enjoyed being visited by a big bird of prey on our balcony when we arrived and then Mississippi the cat came to sit in the sun with us which, being cat lovers, made us feel even more at home.

This is a rustic lodge and a little hard to get to. Right off the bat, I should clarify that the price is for the location and the large ground, not luxury creature comforts. The views of the volcano are incredible. The cabins are spaced very far apart, giving the feeling of space. There is a very pretty hill on the premises, and a wonderful zip line (fixed times, so make sure you are there on time). And my wife enjoyed the outdoor pool. They had left the fireplace all stocked up and ready to light which was a great touch.
The indoor heated pools are not as great as others in Chile. The breakfast was very good and hearty. The kitchen is basic, as are the rooms. These are just to provide context, not criticism. But for us, the place was magical and we will go back in a heart beat.
The only real criticism is that they should have a smoke and CO detector in each room. These are very cheap, and a necessity in a small cabin with a wood heater.

We were very happy to know that they enjoyed their stay, the Cabanas with amazing view, breakfasts, zip lining, outdoor and heated pools. We will worry about getting a CO2 meter for the interior of the Cabins.

I was very surprised this place wasn't better given the previous reviews. I write this review through the lens of what we paid to stay here which was over CLP 200,000 per night for a larger cabin. At that price range I expected much more.
However, there are some real positive headlines about this place (the amazing view being one) but I think it is let down by the details.
I had the feeling that insufficient money has been reinvested in the business resulting in some areas that require attention and that affected the experience.
1. the bathrooms need refurbishing as they are tired and have mold in the tile joints
2. The outdoor pool looked green and had weeds around it. There is also an indoor heated pool which I didn't see.
3. The football nets are made of chicken wire which is broken and punctured our ball :)
4. The bed sheets appear old and in need of replacement
5. The kitchen furniture is a bit tatty and the water heater is very noisy and close to your head when doing dishes
6. The wifi has a sign on process like you have at airports which disconnects you are a while. We also struggled to get all our devices connected at the same time (kids won that particular battle!). Not a major issue of course, rather a minor irritant.
7. Chipped crockery. Again not a major issue but perhaps symptomatic over attention to detail.
8. The condition of the dirt road that leads to the complex is deteriorating although much of it won't be controlled by the complex so probably not much that can be done.
Things are not all bad by any stretch of the imagination. I don't mean to paint a purely negative picture. There were some nice touches such as the log burners being full and ready to light (these do a great job of heating). Security is also very good with fencing, cameras and entry gates (it's also off the beaten track which helps too). We had a flat screen TV with cable.
The view is of course beautiful and it makes up for a lot but not enough for me to return.
We want to thank you for having stayed with us and also for your comments, which we value a lot, as it allows us to correct and improve our services, which is what characterizes us and values our guests who visit us permanently. We are very sorry to have failed to meet your expectations and we are already taking action to correct. We are very pleased to know that the heating system, the security system and the beautiful view of the Cabañas were found positive.
