Best hotel!
The hotel is beautiful, makes you feel like your on a tree house.
The rooms are pretty small but has everything and are very comfortable, the shower is perfect with a rain shower head and the room has a private balcony. The staff are so nice and attentive, We had to checkout very early in the morning so they prepared a lunch box for us to go.
The hotel has a small wooden sauna and a rooftop Jacuzzi.
The breakfast was very good.
The location of the hotel is perfect, not in the center of the city so very quiet but just a 2 minutes walk away.

The pluses are imaginative design. There is a lot of open space on the property. The design is modern wood. The staff was excellent.

Minuses, there is really no place to sit comfortably in the rooms. The bed was comfortable, but difficult to get in and out of. This would be quite difficult for seniors or anyone who does not walk or climb stairs well.

I feel this is a case of too much design over comfort and practicality

With the beauty of Pucon, I would have preferred something closer to the heart of town

My husband and I stayed at Aldea Naukana two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is a lovely boutique hotel predominantly made out of wood. Our room was very cosy with a big window which let in natural light, our own balcony and a very comfortable bed. The best thing was the shower with super hot water and a massive elephant shower head - perfect after a long day hiking! Breakfast each morning was also very good.
