Great service, from the management team to the huge breakfast they offer. A very welcoming place to stay off the city town but absolutely walkable ! Comfortable beds and very friendly people. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay .Ronald made us feel very welcome and spoke great English . Our bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was great, especially the freshly made scrambled eggs . They also made a packed breakfast to go if you were leaving for an early hike . A short , flat walk out of town but it meant it was quiet when sleeping . We would highly recommend Hostal Andes Pucon as a great place to stay when visiting the lovely town of Pucon

We had a great stay at Hostal Andes. Comfortable, but quite small, rooms which are cleaned on a daily basis. A really good breakfast selection each morning. The owner is extremely friendly and really made the stay for us, she was very happy to offer advice about activities and transport in the surrounding area. She also went out of her way to accommodate all our needs, for example one morning we were getting a bus earlier than breakfast begun and she very kindly put out a few breakfast things for us to help ourselves to before breakfast officially started. Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent place to enjoy Pucon's city. Ronald is very helpful. I stayed for there 5 days, very comfortable, clean, excellent breakfast, quiet beautiful place to stay in couples. Hotel near a supermarket and bus station.

We stayed 4 days and had a great stay, rooms wren clean, bed comfortable and the breakfast good. Ronald, the manager, was very helpful. he gave us tips on where to go, helped us book stuff and come up with alternatives when our planned volcano trip could not happen. And the dog - the friendliest watch dog in Pucon:) Thanks for a nice stay!

Great spot, easy walk out of town so nice and quiet but also easy to access bus services, shops etc in Pucon itself. The owner, Ronald was the nicest host and went out of his way to help us. Comfortable warm rooms, hot showers, great kitchen, very nice breakfast, couldn't ask for better.
Room tip: Ask Ronald for view of volcano room.
