Great hotel close to many shops and restaurants (literally next door and across the street.)
The rooms are nicely furnished with some great views of the lake and volcano. Some of the amenities include onsite laundry services, continental-style breakfast, and a lobby lounge with a fireplace, as well as some parking.
The hotel staff is knowledgeable, accommodating, and sweet, going out of their way to pack me a meal for a 6am trip (as breakfast doesn't normally open until 8:30) and giving ideas for things to do in the area. Highly recommend.
