My husband and I were there for two nights. It was a small,friendly,clean excellent hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fresh and abundant. Our room was smaller but very nice with view of volcano. Would recommend this to others.

My husband and I were there for a honeymoon/baby moon adventure in Chile. Our hosts at Maki Hotel were excellent - the breakfast was always delicious (great scrambled eggs!) and the staff was super helpful in figuring out good options around the area for us that worked for me.
The room is also really lovely - a nice bed and good linens. There is a laundry place right across the street that will deliver right back to the hotel which is super convenient too!
Really recommend this hotel - good mix of family feel and boutique-y! And it is walking distance to all the really good restaurants and drink places in Pucon.

Cute hotel, centrally located, walking distance to restaurants and shops. The breakfast is amazing, ask for scrambled eggs! Comfortable rooms, very clean and friendly staff. I would highly recommend if looking for a place in town, not the outskirts.

A brand new hotel, baeutiful modern design, in a comfortable location - two blocks from city center, in a quiet Street. Great breakfast, but what is the greatest is the unbelievable service. They serve breakfast from 08:30. One morning we had to leave at 06:00 to climb the volcano. When we mentoined that, they offer an early breakfast for us - two and a half hours before time. What a wonderfull service. For the price we paid it worth every penny

We stayed here for three days when we visited Pucon. The hotel looks very new and modern in all wood and stylish. Everything was super clean and nice. We asked for a room for 3 with an extra bed and that was provided when we arrived. Rooms are spacious and functional and clean. The breakfast was very good. The staff were friendly despite the language challenges we faced and were very helpful.
Location is in a quite street, but walking distance from the town center which we found very convenient. I was surprised when they charged us for 2 bottles of drinking water that we asked for in the room for the three days. Otherwise our stay was perfect and it was reasonably priced.
