From being welcomed the moment I walked through the door to saying goodbye i was made to feel at home and nothing was too much trouble. Everyone introduced themselves making this such a friendly relaxed experience, a true home from home. The quality of the room was outstanding and the food was out of this world, whether it was breakfast, popping downstairs for a lunch and coffee or enjoying an evening meal. A MUST while you are visiting is the desserts, but beware you have to get through the amazing main courses first; for those who have never tried i highly recommend the Toothfish and the Fillet Steak, wow enough said. I was kept informed of the flight cancellation and staying on was no problem. A MASSIVE thanks to Alex and all the team.

The hotel was very elegant yet quaint, although the rooms were on the smaller side -with great decor and furniture. It was very centrally located, and excellent views of the waterfront. The staff was friendly and accommodating as well.

A gorgeous homely restaurant with stunning views across Stanley harbour. Breakfast , lunch or dinner are all beautifully presented and produced with top quality ingredients.
The filet steak is divine and the tooth fish a must. The duck and lamb shank are superb .... you’ll have to repeat your visit to sample it all.
The staff are delightful and there is s really cosy and comfortable lounge for pre or post dinner drinks.

Stopped in to the restaurant. Surprised! Better than expected. Food clean and well prepared. And, the gluten free brownie was best ever eaten...anywhere! Sauce to die for. Too bad it is not available by shipments. Did not stay in hotel but public rooms well pressed and warm, with lots of sunshine.

the rooms are not big but very nice furnished - we're there last year - this time we're only in the restaurant for dinner and for lunch - the hotel is beautiful and centrally located - nice view from the restaurant - the food is very good, beautifully presented. the staff is very friendly with one exeption - the lady with the coloured hairs is very unfriendly - probabely she is the boss of the restaurant.....
