We booked for a 1 bedroom apartment, but that wasn't available so they put us in a 3 bed at no extra charge, which was a great way to fix their error. Nice apartment. Good WiFi. Guys who checked us in and out (William & Jameson) arrived on time and were very helpful and polite. Good location, half a mile from Queenstown MRT. Nice pool on the roof, long (abt 75 metre) and narrow so great for swimming laps, and gets some sun so water is a good temperature.
There are some drawbacks which could be easily fixed with a little thought and minor expenditure, so the below is not a complaint, just a suggestion to the owner e.g.:
Nice balconies but couldn't use except to dry clothes, as completely bare otherwise - no tables, chairs etc;
Totally bare interior walls gave an institutional feel - a few pictures would make a big difference;
Furnishing is basic so lacking little conveniences like a dish drainer, towel rails in bathrooms etc, and we had to go out straightaway to buy things like clothes pegs, coathangers, dishcloths, tea towels etc.
IKEA is 100 metres away so owners could permanently fix all this with a little thought and a few dollars - probably the equivalent of no more than a day's rent.
Agent requires a big deposit (Sing $ 3,000 for our 3 weeks) in cash. No problem getting it back, minus utility costs as agreed, but it meant we got a big bundle of local cash just as we were leaving Singapore so lost out on the exchange costs. Taking a credit card deposit instead would avoid this.
Overall fine, nothing actually wrong, agents efficient and honest, everything as advertised.
However, would greatly benefit from having the owner look at things from the tenant's viewpoint and investing a few dollars would to make it much more user-friendly.
