Overall is really excellent. The staffs are friendly and also helpful. The room is spacious and comfortable. Lovely place to relax and chill. Room is also clean. It's an amazing place to stay! Will definitely come back here!

We were at Colony for lunch on our wedding anniversary. The ambience of the newly renovated restaurant added a class of its own. As we were ushered to our table a polite and pleasant young waiter by the name of Ragan offered to give us a tour of the buffet areas. He was enthusiastic and had good knowledge of the food and even told us the history behind certain food and desserts. We were rather impressed by his countenance and service which we did not get at other similar hotels. We could have missed the famous crepe Suzette and learnt the history behind the crepe Suzette if Ragan didn't offer to bring it to our table before the counter closed. The crepe was to die for (crepe with the right texture and sauce the right acidity level), we are glad we tried it! On our way out he brought us some gifts with a personal written card (to wish us happy anniversary, yes, with our name on it!)
We have to congratulate Ritz Carlton for their staff's excellent service (including Ragan, Ken the manager and other members of the team who were all very courteous and helpful) a delicious array of food, great decor and ambience. We wouldn't hesitate coming back.

Stayed for 3 nights with my wife and daughter which we all had a great time. Very personalized and warm services as one of the bell service staffs (the one who greeted us when we first arrived, too bad I did not catch his name) greeted my wife and me by our names every time we see him during our stay.

It only took us 5 minutes to check in, light snacks and drinks were offered and the kids corner kept my 1-year old daughter occupied in the time being and my wife loved it. It was a good experience except for the waiting time for check-in was 15 mins.

We were offered a room by the end of the hallway on top floor which was very spacious for 3 of us and clean with great view. It would have been great if there were more instructions to show us how to connect our phone to the tv/audio system in the room.

There was a long queue for the only restaurant that served breakfast every day during our stay (over 15 people, I was told it would take 15-30 mins to get a table) and we did not want in-room breakfast. It would be great if there were alternatives.

Most of the staff were very nice with great smiles and often played with my little daughter which made our stay even more enjoyable. I would also like to highlight their quick response on a night when my daughter threw up on the bed at 12:30am. They swiftly come by and changed our blanket and it was done within 15 mins from when I called.

Location was great, walkable distance to Marina Bay Sands and shopping malls around, eg Explanade, Marina square, etc.

Again, it was a great stay for all of us with a few minor areas to improve.

At the end of February we had a long layover in Singapore before we flew to Vietnam. We had reservations to stay at the Ritz Carlton Millenia when we returned to Singapore the following week, so we took a taxi to the Ritz Carlton for lunch at the Chinese restaurant in the hotel. The dim sum was sublime and the service was top notch. Everything we ordered was delicious and pleasant to look at.

A week later we checked in after midnight and we were tired. My wife booked a club level corner room and we were amazed by the bay view and our view of the Singapore Flyer (ferris wheel) from our bathroom. Unfortunately the Singapore military had a graduation ceremony on the floating stadium right across the street from the hotel and we were awaken around 7:30 am from the constant loud cheers.

We had breakfast at the club lounge and we loved it! Plenty of hot and cold food choices - eggs made to order. Our favorite part was the abundant perfectly ripe lychee and mangosteen (a MUST if you never had it)! We also enjoyed the afternoon appetizers and late night dessert and drinks in the club lounge. The service was excellent.

The location of the hotel was perfect! You can walk to the Gardens by the Bay, the Singapore Flyer, the Marina Sands hotel and mall. Note: Marina Sands mall is exclusively high end fashion designers - not a place to shop for souvenirs!

There's not much else I can say that everyone hasn't said already - everything about this hotel is wonderful. We had a corner room that gave us an impressive view, the bed is one of the best we've slept in (and we've slept in a LOOOOT of hotel beds...). It got to the point where we just ended up napping all the time because the bed was so comfortable. The room was well designed, and the bathroom was magnificent on all levels - especially the bathtub that had a wonderful window view. Space is a luxury in Singapore and this hotel provides it in spades. What is especially worth mentioning are the little touches - like the after-dinner treat that was sent to our room as we came back, courtesy of the manager on duty and the breakfast!! The breakfast is a treat not to be missed, do be sure to include it in your bookings : ) everything from the eggs benedict station to the waffles to the OTHER egg station was fabulous. We would absolutely return!
