5 night stay for quarantine in Novotel good hotel, very comfortable place and nice service from all staf durung stay @ Novotel ...food for breakfast , lunch and dinner not bad ,i got Indonesian food every daya..very recommended

The room is clean, nice arrangement of stuff. An espresso machine in the room, free coffee capsule too! As an business person, i really need facilities to work anywhere. Novotel gajah mada really have everything that i need to do my work. A man (kevin) from front office were very friendly and helpful. He help me to fulfill my other needs and he helped me make my work easier! Salute to him and all other staffs!

Room tip: Wifi needs some improvement.

So pleased and having a good time well-spent at Novotel even though under repatriation stay.

Thanks to Pak Herry and the team that brings the group commitment and makes the experience so Heartist remarkable.

Room glorious view and a bit spacious. Modern design with smaller size city style which I liked. But towels were somehow mixed, some were white and clean, some looked yellow. Aircon also not cold enough especially at night. Need more improvement of consistency for food delivery.

Splendid service, assisting with various non-typical request for services booking train ticket, ammend flight schedule and to finding phone charger in the local stores.

Once again, thanks a bunch for the hospitality and to ensure my safety and comfort, you guys are really set a new definition of “Hospitality Service”.

Torn Towels. In Room Dining dirty plates not clear, its been 12 hours, talk about hygiene. Slow WIFI broadband. I expect basic necessities (good towels, cleanliness & good WIFI) and nothing else from brand like Accor. Such a let-down.

I got some bad review from the other hotel bcs my sis booked in another hotel, and she has to wait around 2 hours until she was picked up. Luckily my hubby stay in Novotel, it's really fast until he got his room
