It is a very new Unbound Collection Hotel that has great location right next to Tianlongsi station Line 1 and a short distance to Nanjing South Station. It has great contemporary architecture and very elegant design. The room was spacious and very quiet; it is perfect for a good night sleep. However, the room does not get cold enough and gets rather hot with the bed comforter. A quick and sustainable solution is simply open the windows that works perfectly. The facilities are awesome: the pool, gym, table tennis room and the lounges. Breakfast and the lounge food is good that offers variety and good selection. I'd like to commend the staff for their service and warm reception: Jelly, Xutong and Daniel in the front lobby, White and Brandon in the hotel entrance and the executive lounge staff Eva, Katherina and Jenny. I really appreciate Eva's help in planning our trip on the day we arrived and checked on us everyday on how our trips went. I will definitely come back next time I'm in Nanjing. Lastly, for Hyatt elite members it's interesting to note that it's a Category 1 that I think is comparable to other Category 3 or 4 hotels. More
