My wife and I were suggested this venue by friends for a date night.
We had an excellent time.
The ambience is great for a couples night - try the corner seats (that way you look into the rest of the restaurant and the pianist). You get very classical feel from the moment you enter.. the charm of a bygone era if I may use that analogy which is excellent if you want to get lost in the right mix of great food and atmosphere.
The service is impeccable-you’re greeted with options of champagne (prefer Blanc de blanc always). The hosts give you the right amount of time to get settled upon which they present the menu. Food options are varied and presentation is worthy of the occasion. The choice of food is always a personal decision so I won’t go much into it but can say that the staff are patient and welcoming to look after your requirements.
The presentation is apt as mentioned above and there is no feeling of being rushed; at the same time you never feel the need to raise your hand to get someone’s attention: the balance is just perfect.
We had a great time and hope you do too. We will be back for sure.
Thanks for a great evening!
