The location of this hotel is fabulous. The hotel however, is described as a boutique hotel but does not have a dining room or bar or any facilities other than your room so be prepared for this. The rooms are cleaned well daily. The hotel is very close to subways, buses, malls, cheap eats, markets. When traveling in Hong Kong be sure, ladies, to have tissues in your handbag. There are not many public toilets so those that you do find have been well used... After 2 days of walking many kilometers (by mistake) we purchased a sim card for our phone and this made getting around so much easier. We were given good advice not to use the subway before 10am and after 6pm. Excellent advice. There is lots to do in Hong Kong but be aware of the population - everything takes time. It is a very well organised place and the people are lovely, no pushing or aggravation and in Mong Kok there is not much English.
