First of all, due to a mix up, I ended up getting their "Executive Seaview Room" and not the "Deluxe Seaview Room". Although I did not see what the deluxe room looked like, I was told it's the same size as the executive room, the only difference is that deluxe room has a bathroom attached. So please note my review below is for the executive room and not the deluxe room.
My room was extremely clean, well equipped, and although small (like every room in Hong Kong), it had an exceptional ocean view, and unlike many places in HK, it was very quiet! Bathroom was shared with one other person and it was kept very clean.
Location was not the greatest, pretty far from most HK points of interest but MTR and buses made it much easier to get to most POI. It was a good 5-10 minute walk to the nearest MTR station (LOHAS Park) and bus stop although that wasn't an issue for me. After I checked out I saw a notice from the bus company that 796X will stop right by the building starting mid-November, so I think that will serve this property extremely well.
The area and the buildings were quite new, so there weren't really much stores to offer other than two Wellcome supermarkets, a doctor clinic and a dry cleaner. There were also quite a few stores in the MTR station, including a 7-11, two bakeries and a sushi shop.
The owner of that property was very accommodating, right after the discovery of the mix up the owner made things right for me and apologized for the mix up. It was very easy to deal with him and I will not hesitate to deal with him again in the future.
Overall I highly recommend renting this property whether you're in HK for work, school or play.
