Comfort and spacious room with nice view. Convenient to shopping area. Recreation facilities with swimming pool, games room, gym room to spend the whole day enjoying the stay. Certainly will stay again.

We were initially assigned on 21st floor for 2 rooms which were very untidy. When we asked about the room, we were transferred to 33rd floor. Both rooms have broken floor wooden tiles that caused by my father’s fall. Bathrooms don’t even have a lock. They said they cannot transfer us to a different room anymore because the booking was full and we only paid for a standard room.

We always book in Nina Hotel (L’ Nina), but this is a very disappointing experience. I won’t recommend this hotel to any of my friends and colleagues.

Hoping to receive a “template message” just what you used to do on the previous reviews.

Pools were great though.

Terrible hotel - big, none of the staff care and impossible to get any form of service.
Our check in took over 45 minutes due ‘holidays’ - if the hotel knew that holidays were happening why didn’t they put additional staff on? There was zero social distancing in place whilst waiting and staff passed the same pens and clipboards from guest to guest to fill out forms.
There was no apology on check in. The check in queue just got longer all afternoon so I feel sorry for anyone who arrived later than us.
We booked a premier executive king. There was nothing premier or executive about it. Cheap furnishings, uncomfortable bed and the room wasn’t particularly clean. We tried to call housekeeping but no reply.
Didn’t risk trying any of the food outlets.
