This time I came with family for the event “100% Doraemon & Friends Tour”, thanks the nice staffs of concierge (who helps me every time I visiting HK) guided me the location and arrangement of the event; besides, they had arranged another nice places for my elderly family too, all of us had a good time.

This was mine and my partner’s first international travel so we were looking for place that are close to food hubs, attractions and an easy access to a station which The Luxe Manor has all checked! They even provide for hotel to airport transport that you just have to schedule.
The hotel is nestled in the center of Tsim Sha Tsui and is close to malls and walking distance to an MTR station (A2 exit).
The hotel staffs are friendly and accommodating, especially Agnes, who was kind enough to upgrade us to a more spacious room.
A water dispenser is located just outside of our room in the hallway which was a plus since buying it was expensive!
Kudos to Agnes, Venus and Cathy and the rest of the hotel staff for providing visitors a comfortable stay! Will definitely go back!

So kindly and helpful From the first moment. Very nice environment and comfortable rooms. Breakfast plenty of variety and comfortable space. Rooms are quiet and clean.
All the staff was professional, helpful and kind at any time.

Second time to stay in this hotel, feel warm. The unexpeable is the staff Tony and Tommy remembered me since I stay here few month ago thank you for their assistance as my belongings are too heavy . The location is great. Walk 1 min to the mall and about 5 mins to the subway.
Convenient for me to go anywhere.
Also the service is out of expectation. Especially the front desk, Agnes, who give me the help in time, really helpful for me. Thanks very much.
Even the hotel was open for several years, some of the appliances are to old, it’s clean, which I care of a lot. The clean service is also good.
It would be in my list for next time.
