I have to say after 20 years of staying at the royal garden from time to time the experience just keeps getting better and better..
I recommend trying a staycation suite package....omg great lounge with the best staff you could ever meet.

Happy & warm family trip


We are really happy to stay in this hotel.The Royal Garden!
Really recommend you guys to come and feel the high-quality service!!! Especially Teresa Kua (the crown club manager) and Nora, really friendly and always smile, we
are happy to meet them here! :)))

Good atmosphere and service in this dinning room on the 12th floor, the executive floor with well-designed rooms. I feel really comfortable and relaxed here!

Best staycation at Royal Garden

Family staycation of four at this wonderful place with memorable hospitality experience.

Special thanks to Crown Club team on the 12 floor, my son build up good relationship with the girls, taking care of us with warm smile. “Going an extra miles” can definitely describe Pauline & Manager Teresa during our stay.

The food is delicious. I like the chicken wings with cheese. We enjoyed the food very much.

Nice stay in royal

Very nice stay in this hotel , we had booked a package from klook , we had 2 meal at club lounge, one is afternoon tea and other is evening cocktail, food is delicious and many kind of wine , Nora and Tony are very nice and helpful, Nora introduce where we can visit inside hotel, there service is excellent! Our anniversary day so hotel upgraded us to ocean view room!

Excellent lounge

Good stay Nora and Tony are helpful for us. They are friendly. Convince location for tourist shopping and business. The food is good and really enjoy for couple. Facilities are good. The room is clean.
