Was assigned room on 28/F and the bedroom was great. Facing to the pool side but the bathroom was extremely old and dirty. Some stains were found on the bath, washing basin and toilet bowl. It was not acceptable, the rate which I found online was cheap and the hotel management should review the hygiene and cleanliness standard. I don’t except this kind of standard.
The hotel frontline staff were proactively offered assistance. They were very informative. Thanks Chong to provide lots of tourist information, and made my trip more easier.

Overall, I was impressed by the staffs of the hotel as they are very helpful and friendly in assisting us. I also commend the man at the concierge, even at a busy hour he is very nice and easy to talk to and he doesn't look pissed given a busy situation. This is not our first time in Hongkong but we had a great experience at the hotel. The only suggestion I can give is to improve on the quality control of cleaning. Should double check the rooms before coding, like the amenities on table some are contaminated with other condiments and most importantly check all the drawers something might be hiding there. Took photos but decided not to post it but I hope they strictly address to this issue. Other than that, I would still book and recommend it to my friends because my experience from the hotel is mightier than the problem.

My family spent 3 days and 2 nights here to celebrate the 10th birthday of my daughter. We were pleased with the service from all of the staff we had encountered during our stay. They went above and beyond to help us surprise my daughter in providing a complimentary birthday cupcake. We are truly grateful to everyone-
Mr. Louise who answered by emails promptly. Martin and Nelson from Reception who made our check-in very smooth. Anna and Jacky of Concierge who assisted us with our luggages and guide us about the free shuttle service to Mongkok/Tsim Sha Tsui. And Kinso who delivered my daughters' birthday cupcake on time.
The rooms are spacious, they have a wide selection of food on their buffet and they have a shopping area where you can look around and get your essential needs.

We will definitely recommend Panda Hotel to our family and friends.
